Catherine was appointed to the Board as Non-executive Director on 6 April 2021. Catherine has over 25 years' legal, business affairs and strategy experience in the media, entertainment, telecommunications and medical sectors in Australia, the UK and Europe. 

Catherine is currently a Non-executive Director of Monash IVF Group (since September 2020) and having previously served as the Independent Chair of ASX-listed Nine Entertainment Co Holdings Ltd. She is also the Independent Chair of the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), and a Director of the NIDA Foundation, and Chair of the Board of Governors of Wenona School.
