Niran joined the Board of Peter Warren Automotive Holdings in April 2021 and currently serves as Deputy Chair and Lead Independent Director. He also chairs the Company’s Audit and Risk Committee. Niran has an extensive background in financial services and insurance having been a Member of the Board of Management of Allianz SE and CEO of Allianz Australia.  He was formerly the CFO and Chief General Manager, Retail Distribution at Allianz Australia. He has also held specialist tax roles across various professional accounting firms. Niran is currently a non-executive director of ASX-listed Nick Scali Ltd.

Niran holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
